Where we deliver

Khoobru currently delivers within Pakistan only.

Shipping charges

PKR 250 flat rate on orders below PKR 2,000.
Free shipping on orders of PKR 2,000 or more.

The shipping charge is calculated on your order total and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days.

Order confirmation

Please make sure your address and WhatsApp number are correct when you order, so our team and the courier can reach you about your delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. We cover the shipping costs in that case. See our return & exchange policy for full details.

Shipping on returns and exchanges

For returns or exchanges that aren't due to a damaged or wrong item, the customer pays shipping. If a free-shipping order is returned for a refund, the standard PKR 250 shipping charge is deducted from the refund.
